I am just excited that the book is finally out – a combination memoir and art book – over 100 paintings along with a description of what was going on in my life when I painted them. It’s a different perspective – intended to help anyone else out there who might be struggling with the notion of turning to their own passion. My own experience has been that painting (my passion) has carried me through some of the most difficult challenges

– from losing over 30 friends to AIDS during the epidemic, to losing the love of my life, and subsequent close friends. If I didn’t have art to turn to, I honestly don’t know how I would have survived. Thank you all for reading this.
